I realized the other day I've completely neglected this account for a couple of years. In case anyone cares, I'm not dead. I think.

So for the past year of my life, I've been writing, editing, and trying to piece together a plot worthy of publication. And you know what? It's hard and its frustrating. It sometimes makes me want to pull my hair out and then run for the nearest pint of Ben and Jerry's.

But it is so worth it.

Words are so simple, but they are humanity's most powerful possession. Even where we fall short physically, we can create worlds and dreams and fairytales beyond reality itself...

Sorry, I got carried away for a second.

But on an even brighter note, I've finally decided upon a plot, and I am currently on the seventh chapter out of twenty. The title is pending, however, I'm kinda partial to the word, "Masquerade." I believe it fits the happenings in the book.

Anyway, thank you all so much for helping me along with the decision to write. It really is a great way to pass the time, and I feel like I'm actually doing something worth doing.

Hello, Deviantart!

For the past few months, I've been toying with the idea of publishing a fictional story. I mean, I know it would take up a lot of my time, but I've always wanted to be able to do something I'd be proud of.

I guess you could say one of the things I like the most about writing is the fact that you get to create a reality all of your own.  You hold the ability to change a person's perception, and perhaps even their emotions. You can make a reader be happy, sad, and even make them laugh above all.

I'd love to walk into a book store and see something of my own accomplishment sitting on the shelves. But the problem is, I'm not entirely sure if I'll stay loyal to such a long project.

So, what do you all think? Should I attempt it, or should I classify this as a "fanatical whim?"

Okay, lately, I've been thinking...scary I know. But the winterguard at my school just started up and I wanted to join that. But i just got a proposition to go into acrchery. AND NOW, I can't decide because I can't do both. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! suggestions WILL be helpful.

And for those who don't know what winterguard is, its were people twirl the flags, guns, and swords....

I don't know about you guys, but I'm bored tonight. I have to write a three page report on this book called the Outsiders for english, but I don't want to...... but I guess I have to.... darn..
